MF: The best friggin' roller coaster I've ever be

First off, and I hope I don't sound like a braggart, but I waited in line for maybe 15 minutes... I was in the 4th car to run this morning (well, Sunday, anyway.)

Anyways, the ride rocks. Never have I ridden a roller coaster where I was in fear of blacking out on the first hill. :-) Even though it's supposed to be close to a 3 minute ride, it feels way shorter since you fly around that track. It's still kewl, though. :-)

The new elevator lift system they have is pretty neat. Compared to older chain lifts, you fly up the first hill. You don't have time to have a conversation and take pictures while waiting to get to the top of the hill like on the Magnum... you go up... and then die before coming back into the station. They did seem to still have some bugs in the system, though... even after everyone was loaded and the train started to move, albeit very slowly, there was a very long pause before we actually moved up the hill... theoretically, the ride is desingned to handle 1600 riders an hour, but that's with all 3 trains running and the staff being better acquainted with the hardware. The computer software could maybe use some tweaking, too, but hey.

BTW, a big hooray to CP for opening rides at 10 instead of 11 like the website and everything else said. Me and my friend hit MF, the Mantis, and the Mean Streak all before 11. And Disaster Transport twice before we left. We needed a break. Speaking of break, when is CP gonna fix Disaster Transport? The thing is... well... a disaster. But I digress.

Anyways, if you want to ride the MF and actually do other stuff in the same day, get there REAL EARLY like we did. You'll have fun. :-)

Oh, yeah, another hint, if you get there right at opening, go in the Marina entrance. It's way closer to the entrance and you can still sprint past the people tired out from sprinting from the main entrance on the other side of the world. :-)

I'll second that! The best friggin' rollercoaster
I've ever been on!
Oh yes and I almost forgot. You know it's a good ride when my wife comes off of it
in tears, shaking and reaching for the ground! I'm not a bad guy, of course I took care
of her afterwards and she was just fine and will ride it again. She was the same way
after coming off the Power Tower down her first time, but now she rides it all the time.

Anyway, it was quite humorous because the ride attendant at the unloading platform was
exclaiming to the people waiting to ride who were in line around that platform while pointing
at my wife "See how awesome this ride is! Look what it will do to you!"
