MF Hints

Down the 1st hill-sit in the front-look STRAIGHT down-sit in the back-turn around and see the hill BEHIND you! During the various turns (not in the tunnels) lean way out and it feels like you're upside down-during the 3rd hill pull your legs up to get awesome airtime (same thing for last hill before last tunnel) You will notice the red car is not as smooth as the blue car-also makes a "clicking" noise the entire trip. Last car ride awesome down 1st hill but less airtime (cant figure that one out) If you wear glasses get one
of those straps that keep em on your face-or you will not beable to keep them on-they will make you take them off-I highly recommend if you dont wear glasses to definitely wear sunglasses (with the strap thing) because going 92mph the wind is unreal and if you're like me and wear contacts the first time I rode MF it was impossible for me to keep my eyes open.
Unlike yesterday I do not think CP will have motorcycle helmets available to wear
LOL
Do I know what Im talking about?
Total rides this season (so far) 39
(I am NOT going for an MF record BTW-am still going to stick with Raptor)
:-)
Enjoy the greatest thrill ride on this PLANET!!

Welcome back Raptor riders-how was your flight??
On the glasses issue. Are you talking about prescription glasses also? I have never had a problem on any ride with my scripts and believe me I have been on some fast, rough rides. Just wanted to know if I should pack my Croakies when I come this summer.

Born in Toledo. God I miss CP.
Kahnverse in the getaway guide it says that power tower and MF require glasses to be taken off or they need to have a strap
Now is MF like the Steel Phantom in Kennywood, where they make you take off your earrings too?

No, the reason they do that on Phantom is because on Steel Phantom there are horsecollar restraints and they don't want you banging your head and getting cuts.

You can wear your prescription glasses too but they MUST have a strap on them-and not just one of those thin straps (like old people wear) it has to be one of those thick ones with the adjustment thing in the back. MF is NOT rough AT ALL-it is tall and FAST.
The ride ops will check your glasses to be sure there is a strap-
dont even THINK about taking any purses-cameras-
prizes or anything you can hold on either-they will make you put them in a locker (they have added tons of lockers right by the line entrance specifically for this) so unless its a strapped on fanny pack-plan on putting it in a locker
(75 cents-and as of Thursday no change machine but they were working on it)
MF is NO Magnum-you can NOT just HOLD stuff in your lap-in your hands-they dont want you to and you have no idea how hard that will be when you feel the airtime-speed and wind you will encounter on your ride
ENJOY!
