Yeah. But it's a bonus for the people on the hill.

(:

I went on Millennium yesterday when I was at Cedar Point. I gotta say, that line was the fastest line we were in yesterday (minus the walk on coasters that fail). Even though it said a half hour wait and it was lined up pretty good, that line moved. We waited probably 20 minutes at the most. And the ride itself was just the best ever, like always. :) I'm glad they fixed the cable fast enough.

So stoked for 2010 :]

I have no way to verify the information myself, but I was riding with Millennium Tony during Saturday Mornings ERT. After about a half a dozen circuits together, I started asking him about different things. I had noticed the trains seem to creep into the unload station a lot slower than they used to. He told me it was new procedure this year and that it has actually caused an occasional glitch. If the train coming into the unload doesn't clear the last sensor soon enough, the train on the lift will stop. I think he said they have to manually restart it after that happens. I'm not sure how long that would take, and I'm not saying this is why it was stopped the other day. I'm just throwing this out there.

Hopefully I didn't butcher his explanation too much.

We stopped on the lift last week, near the top, but were going again in a matter of a few seconds. That had not happened to me before.

Huh? It's in their best interest to get that train out of the stand by area as fast as possible so as not to setup the lift.

I have noticed it seems to take the trains much longer to park in unload this year than in previous years. Not sure why, just an observation.

^^Where's Kelsey when you need her for an official ruling?? ;)

I'm agreeing with most of the statements above. Wednesday, when they finally started running all three trains, it looked as though the train entered unload at an abnormally slow pace. 2-3 times while in-line the train stopped at the hill for about 5 seconds. I have no idea if it happened to be caused by the train moving into unload or not, but, every time the train stopped, it was usually near the top of the hill and the tail end of the previous train had finally parked into unload.
