Not bad.. some courses are a bit off, and it looks like Raptor is horribly distorted... but not bad.

You could do better tho. ;)

What a tease! Any chance we can d/l the track files? Nice work BTW. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice raptorTDC. Of course, like TTD4Life said, the layouts are off a bit. But that's ok because I know making a perfect and exact layout of a coaster is pretty hard.

I've tried Raptor and Mantis countless times on Hyper Rails and it's sooo hard to get them JUST right. I AM getting closer as I'm getting even better with the program with each coaster I make. My Millennium and Dragster turned out pretty accurate though........even if they ARE made with B&M track.:)

Thank you all.

Where is a good place for me to put these files up for download?

What about here:

Well, you can download all of them here http://www.coaster-net.com/downloadextras.php

My username there is raptor, you will have to search for them, but they are there.

Someone else did a Maverick re-creation, so make sure it says by:raptor.

Blue Streak will probably be available for download tomorrow.

I have also done a recreation of Corkscrew, but I can't do the loop/corkscrew supports because they are super hard.

If you want some pics of it then just tell me.

I am working on a TTD recreation too.

My main complaint: Never use prefab supports, always do custom.

I have recreated Corkscrew with all the supports completely accurate only to go back about a year later and realize that the actual track wasn't right, so I completely reconfigured the track, and got all the supports except the corkscrew arcs done. The loop arc is, however. If enough people want it, I'll post it.

I am in the works on a Maverick recreation.

I just realised how bad my Corkscrew recreation was. I am no longer using prefab supports, so my coasters should look better.

Here is a pic of my current process on TTD. All trackwork is done. All I have left to do is make the track alternate colors, and do supports.

note: The pic was taken in the editor. That is why it is blue. :)

I think they're all great. Actually, as far as NoLimits goes, if it looks remotely like the ride you've done a good job.
I use Hyper Rails (I bought it because of Adam talking about it :)), and even that can get hard to get things just right. I made a so-so Maverick recreation in it (with no pictures to look at :P), but the file was too big and I can't open it anymore. I never could get the heartline roll quite tolerable. ;)

Summer was made for a Cedar Point day~

Magnums tunnels are blue, not grey.
