New and thinking

Hey, I'm a new member here, my name is Mike I'm 15 and I'm from good old North Royalton, Ohio. It's about an hour, hour 15 minutes from Cedar Point. Anyway back to the topic, on www.screamscape.com the new rumor is that Cedar Point is adding a flier but I've also seen rumors for a Giant Huss Frisbee. How awesome would it be to see both, and where would they be. I would want them in the back by like mean streak they dont have much back there and they need to draw some attention to it for sure.

People here don't like these kind of things here. I know you're new so you don't know but for now on don't make topics about rumors they aren't really accepted here. Use the search feature to find other topics about this.

Not to be mean but he's right, just make sure that those rumors are either true or a positive fact as in the park has varified it. Besides I did'nt see any rumor on screamscape.

Welcome to the site. Those of us that have been here for a while have learned that rumors that do not have much to back them up are not really appropriate topics of conversation around here.

I know I've had my fair share of threads shut down on this site due to posting stupid things, so please do not take offense to these comments.

The Terms of service should give you a good idea of appropriate types of topics. I would suggest reviewing them again, to get a better idea of how the community here is run.

Screamscape is as reliable as they get with rumors. There is a rumor that the next coaster will be a flier, but that CP could be looking to add a Huss Frisbee in 2005 with the location being the old swan boat location...plenty of room there. Hey, something is going there in time with the swan boats being taken out.

As far as where a possible flier could go, my vote is the antique car site in Frontiertown, going into land WWL occupies. The back of the park needs some help.

Yeah, hopefully whatever they get next will be a "souped-up" version of a ride. If they get a frisbee... I want it to be double the size of delerium. If they get a flier... I want it to go like, 75 miles an hour. Fliers are too slow as they are.

That's where something will go. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Snake River falls was the last attraction to be build in Frontier town(WW Canyon doesn't count). If I ran planning and design thats where I would put the next coaster. Like I had said in a prevous post before it was deleted: When I was there this past summer I saw people taking measurements near Antique cars/Stockade. I should of asked the guys what they were measuring for but I'm sure they wouldn't have told me. I think a frontier themed coaster will be going in where the antique cars are today; and by them removing the swan boats is just like removing dogems in 02 for TTD. I may not be right but I think it would be cool to see a flyer brown in color to go in with the frontier town environment. I also heard they might remove WWL and put a coaster in there....but thats just rumors. There is enough room to have the coaster where antique cars are and going over the midway where the swan boats were and that open area behind there. Thats where I think it will be.

What ever CP next ride I hope it's a roller coaster because SF Magic Mountian didn't add a roller coaster this year, and you know it will in 2005. There's already rumors circulating on screamscape about it. I just hope that CP keeps it's record with the most roller coaster. Wouldn't want it to go to a Six Flags park. Lets just hope for a roller coaster and a round frisebee thing. The more the better.
