New Slogan for 2011?

Does anyone know if Cedar Point has a new slogan this year? I thought the "Fun and Only" was a little cheesy.

I thought it was a bit funny last year having each cedar fair park's slogan the "fun and only." If you take a look at last year's Canada Wonderland commercial it's the exact same as cedar point's "fun and only" commercial.

"The fun and several" doesn't roll off the tongue as well.

But "The Fun and All" does, and it's a crappy enough slogan to be CF-worthy. :)

The best slogan goes way back when CP was called "Funderland"!

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Part of me doesn't care what it is. Last year's "fun and only" got a little annoying, especially since my three year old would constantly sing "see-my-point, fun and only!!" (she couldn't say "cedar point" clearly at the time).

My only request is, whatever slogan they choose, PLEASE PLEASE do not make the ride ops say it at during every ride cycle. As in, "...enjoy the rest of your day here at Cedar Point, America's Roller Coast..." That drove me absolutely insane.

On the new 2011 rack brochure it doesn't have the Fun & Only slogan. It has Ride ON. and WindSeeker 301 feet of Cloud Chasing Excitement on the front. As a side note, the operating calender has returned to the brochure.

Thank God. I hated having to go on the website every time I wanted to see the park's operating hours for the day...

^^^ I've always thought the "America's roller coast..." spiel was a nice touch and something very few parks actually do, meaning their employees actually spieling. Most parks i have been too either have autospiels (I think are very impersonal) or it seems like the employees hate being their. Even before working there and having a platinum pass for several years i still thought it was cool how much the employees actually get into their job (I realize their are always some exceptions). With that being said, it can get old saying the exact same thing over and over but you get so used to it that you say it in your sleep. lol

Personally I think CP should use the "Americas Roller Coast" slogan. It is unique to the park and also makes sense. The Fun and Only commercials were everywhere. Cedar Fair really aimed for quantity rather than quality; I heard the commercial at least 50 times over the summer.

I know it's too late for this year, but in the future perhaps Cedar Fair should hold a "Free Credit Report" style contest for a new jingle. The winning jingle writer should star in the commercials and receive season passes.

"And enjoy the rest of you're day, here at Cedar Point, America's Rockin' Roller Coast. Ride On!" is my favorite line in every spiel! haha. I think it has a nice ring to it and flows smoothly. I hope they have a different slogan to replace "The Fun and Only" this year. I think it's a little too corny for an amusement park that is popular and very well known across the nation.

Alright everyone is going to Boo at me or throw peanuts at me, but I don't care. I thought the "The Fun and Only" slogan had a nice jingle to it. I caught myself turning up the radio when I heard that commercial. In my opinion, it had to be somewhat good, because attendance was up last year. I'm not saying that this slogan generated the economy to come to Cedar Point, but I'm sure it had a little to do with it.

America's Roller Coast was the only one I could really stomach in recent years. Although I did get a laugh out of Ensign's "Fun and Several."

The path you tread is narrow, and the drop is sheer and very high.

My favorite slogan/jingle from recent history was "hold on" which ran about 10 years ago. "Fun and only" never did anything for me.

I thought the Fun and Only was really catchy, especially on the commercial!
It would be really cool if they got a new slogan though.

I love Cedar Point. <3

"Ride On" is still my favorite. I don't know why they got rid of it so fast though...

I don't remember the "hold on" slogan. But I agree "Fun and Only" is too kiddish. It sounds like a slogan Geauga Lake would have if it was still open.

If it was for Wildwater Kingdom it would be Fun and Lonely :)
