Pacing at CP

I plan on visiting for the first time for 2 days this summer and my obvious priority is getting on MF. I wont care what the wait is so that will be my first ride. After MF priority is not an issue to me as I have ridden inverteds,standups,200ft hypercoasters, out and back woodies, cyclone woodies, steel loopers, shuttle loopers, mineride coasters, etc, etc, at other parks. So I would like to know how to pace the park in order to experience all of the coasters and rides in a 2 day period.
It really depends on what time of the season you come. Just don't come on a saturday. It's best to come before the park opens to attack the ride yuo wanna ride the most and the wait won't be bad. After attacking the MF I would ride Raptor or Magnum. There's usually no line for Mantis 30 minutes before the park closes. Power Tower is always a long wait. Mean streak is quiker to get on at dark. Magnum as well. You gotta come early in the week to benifit from this. Gemini, Iron Dragon, Corckscrew, Mine Ride there's never a line more then 5 minutes on most days. Mantis and Magnum, Mean Streak in paticular on many days has no line during the lazer show.
Chitown, Jeff has some very good strategy in the strategy section of this site.
Actualy after you hit MF, I would hit Mantis, then Wildcat or Iron Dragon since they are right there.

Save Mean Streak for late in the evening. The line thins out to nothing, making the ride a walk on.
I am not sure what days you are coming but if you are coming on the weekend you may want to also stay a few days into the week. For instance i usually try to go on a Sunday night. All the out of towners are leaving making the park basically mine. Most of the time waits are pretty short sunday nights.

The more you ride it, the more you want it!

Mean Streak is a coaster I definitely want to ride. It reminds me of the American Eagle only the MS lift hill is taller. For some reason I like rough woodies so that will not bother me. I have minor back problems but riding rough coasters doesnt stop me.(I probably got the back problems from riding rough coasters but oh well!)
I know Disaster Transport is not a favorite among CP guests but I havent been in an indoor coaster environment since I rode Space Mountain about 17 years ago so for some reason this ride intrigues me a little bit. Only 2 months to go and I am there!!!!!! YEAH BABY!!!!!
