Those dang gulls think Raptor is poop paradise.

Haha! Wow! That's a pretty awesome find there Walt. :)

R.I.P. Mr. Scott

I wonder if that's one ride Cedar Point just gives up about as far as cleaning it. You know what I mean? They probably think cleaning it might be a waste of time so they let it go.

Yeah green with white poop stripes lol

I actually saw this while I was riding front seat. Two gulls just sitting there, didn't even blink.

Speaking of birds, yesterday I had quite the experience walking the boardwalk around 7 am. Walked near Sandcastle and walked into a flock of geese. I started backing off as one started getting angry. I backed up and all of a sudden a small black bird with red stripes on the wings dive bombs me close enough to feel feathers on my sleeve. I took off running and took shelter by the building. Then I notice that I was standing right under a seagull nest and a very angry mom in it. Took off running towards the Breakers with mad seagull swooping behind. I felt like I was in the movie Birds!

That happens to me almost every time I go to Cedar Point. Now me and friends just laugh about it cuz I'm used to it.

Let's Get Weird.

I liked it when the time share people tried to stop us one time to give us their speil and go bombed by a passing sea gull. Couldnt stop laughing at the poor guy as we handed him napkins and watched him dry heave as he tired to clean himself up.

Shoot the rapids, tame and dry. Thunder Canyon, wet and laughter. Snake River Falls, soaked and smiling. White Water Landing and the old shoot the rapids, Fun and missed.

During the hole-in-one competition for Coastermania last year the red wing black birds were attacking in certain areas of the course. They can be pretty intense. Also, this past week while having my car parked in the Breaker's lot for 3 days I came back to it only to find what a mess the seagulls had made. White poop on a black car really stands out. I've never seen so much poo on one car in my life.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

I saw this seagull in its nest today. There is another one, with a nest, atop one of the tallest sky ride poles.

Reminds me of this video I shot in 2004 which you can also see "in context" in my June 20, 2004 Trip Report.

Remember Maggie the ****hawk who nested on top of one of Magnum's tunnels?

Those red winged black birds are vicious. I've been pecked a time or two.

The red winged black bird like to come out out the shrubs near Blue Streak, Corkscrews turn around and Soak City near Sky Scraper and dart at people.

I can't stand the gulls either. If only they could be relocated, like to China.

To clean the bird droppings off of Raptor, they should hire the same crew that powerwashed the concrete. Wow, that wash must have been something to watch, with them doing the spraying while riding pogo sticks and shaking from delirium tremens while hallucinating from mixing NyQuil, Benadryl, and Red Bull.

Just say no to trims
