Sneak Peek Contest Submissions

Great job to all the winners, there was a lot of creativity there.

We'll be creating a thread specifically for people who want to share details from this event. This will make it easier for people who want to avoid spoilers before August 16.

Congrats to the winners! After reading this thread, I'm glad I didn't bother trying. Aging the paper? Would never had thought of that. Factor in that my writing is too prolix (Catch 22 anyone?) I wouldn't have stood a chance.

The winners now have the solemn duty... post in the spoilers page as quick (and abiding by the rules) as possible!

I'm curious what information will actually be provided at the sneak peek. I imagine they'll get to see the ride animations, but I think the name of the coaster will be left for announcement day.

I doubt they will show any stats. It may just be a POV or a virtual fly around of the coaster. Maybe they will show all other things but the coaster. Maybe it will just show the revamped Frontier Town.

I was actually thinking that we may not learn the name either. I'm thinking that we may just end up seeing the POV and fly around. Keeping my fingers crossed for a full release of all information at the event as well as a short Q&A.

Maybe they will show you some goofy name but not speak it so everyone will be bickering for a few days about how to pronounce it. :P

From the email I got, they said they will show us just an animation and show it only once. So no blinking, guys. You do not want to miss an inversion.

It shouldn't have been posted, whatever day it actually is. Entrants were given strict orders to not share such information.

But a few winners have said when it will be in response to Tony's tweets in the last week. They are indeed getting it a few days before the hootenanny.
