Stratagies

What is the fastest way to ride MF when the park opens? I'm guessing that using the Marina gate is the quickest, but wanted to see if anyone knew any other shortcuts to beat the crowds.

That won't last long. Since everyone seems to think the marina is the way to go, they're going to stop letting people in there in the mornings unless you have a boat.

Park at Soak City. It's probably about the same distance as from the front gate since you have to go around Iron Dragon, but it's less crowded.

Can I drive to CP on my boat and park at the marina if I don't own a slip there? Can a space be paid for for the day?
I would think that other than the marina entrance, the next closest one would be the one by Ocean Motion down from the Breakers. It seems like all are about equal distance.

I think it would be rather amusing to just casually walk back there and have this whole gaggle of people run like maniacs around me... and end up having to stop at the train crossing, because of a passing train, like they will get to the ride quicker than me..

Rob, yes to both questions. Plus, having your boat there makes for a nice place to take a break.
when i get to it, i get to it...it's still gonna be there, so i see no real reason to rush right away. a leisurely stroll on Magnum first, then whenever we get to MF is ok with me...

Me and screech are running to the ride. We want to be some of the first in line, so then we can hit other coasters faster.
