Everything that has that area in it, the path goes under the track. So there is a very good chance that it WILL go under the track.

Probably not. Because the Intamin track doesn't produce as much sound as B&M track. The only time that there could be "noise pollution" is flying up the 182-foot tall hill and diving into the tunnel coming back from the island.
