I think the tunnel that goes under MF's two smallest hills is for the train! When I went there, however, there were no tracks going through it, just a dirt path.
Yeah, the train tunnel was strached because of smoething about the hot embers from the smoke stack. That tunnel you saw was the pedestrian tunnel called Tenderfoot Pass-which will also be themed.
