I start by taking I-94 to I-69 south to the turnpike. Simple, not a lot of traffic. The only place that could give you a headache is the on-ramp to the turnpike in Indiana. Sometimes idiots take or miss their ticket going into Ohio so it could take a few. So I leave at about 5:30-6am.
