Thanks for the update Walt. Nice to see the park coming back to life after the long off season.

Great shots Walt.

All of the theming that was put in is excellent, the canyons are awesome everything looks great.

Cant wait!

Wow. Sweet pics, Walt. It looks like they've done an amazing job. Like I said in the general forum, the RoundUp patio looks great. I LOVE that they kept all the mature trees in the exterior queue. That's going to be nice for everyone having to wait for the ride this summer. I'm sorta sad I won't have to wait there. :)

The heartline canyon looks great!! Did they mention if the water element was going to be there still? Or is that a surprise? Did they also mention if the tunnel is going to have an "end" on it or it the gray steel supports are going to be painted or covered up?

I'm also pleased with the split-rail fence on the midway. The "monstrous fence" doesn't look bad at all. I'm very excited to say the least.

Thanks Walt.

When during the day did you take those shots, Walt? I was at the season pass center at 4:00. (Incidentally, we walked right up; the whole process took about ten minutes.)

It looks awesome- the walls around the low spots aren't near as bad as I thought!

I was there between 11 a.m. and noon.

For all the talk about this horrible fence, it is not a problem. It looks fine and, where it is located, it doesn't hinder the view at all ... at least in my opinion.

The fences that are next to the kicker wheel turn are, IMO, perfect for that area, seeing everything, watching the train as it's rushing into the tunnel. Why can't the end of June come earlier?

It always surprises me how much work they have left to do. I think when they started construction so early alot of us thought the ride would have been completely finished a month ago.

Being in construction myself, schedules always seem expand to fit the available time.

In my experience, they usually expand to go PAST the available time. :)
