Werewolf Canyon needs tweaked !

Waited an hour and a half Sunday night and didn't get quite the thrill I was hoping for for the time spent in line. You could see to far ahead a lot of the time taking away the element of surprise. It seemed to me that all of the fog machines weren't running. I know most foggers do not run constant and need to heat up every so often. Maybe that contributed a little. Even so, the canyon trough should be so thick with fog, you can't see anything until it's right in your face. I think maybe if they added some more trees that would help also, enabling the wolves to hide better and obscuring your view if the fog does die down some. I love the concept of the whole thing, just think it needs an ajustment.

I was super before Superstew was cool! Get Some!!

Yeah I waited almost an hour for it last year and even with plenty of fog it was still really lame. They sent people through in too large of groups and too frequently so the actors didn't have time to reset themselves.

Cedar Point rocks my socks.

When I went at the beggining of the year it was really hard to see. I ended up running into one of the trees!

I thought it ranked high on the "lame-o-meter" since it first premiered....?

I was there two weekends ago and I ran into a couple of trees because the fog was so thick. lol

The fog machines are controled by a theater tech, the wind and humidity play a huge role in how well the fog does in the area.

The fog machines are positioned perfectly, its a matter of the wind humidity and weather.

I don't mean that to sound rude at all if it does.

I did it when CP started it, and I had the exact same thoughts. You could see in front of you, and people were sent in way too large groups. Its like they didn't send people in groups at all- just a continuous flow. I might try it later this year to see if it might improve.

Thrills Around the Corner!

It's really hard to control the flow of guests through a haunted house. You always tend to get a group that likes to walk real slow and look at everything followed by a group of marathon runners followed by a group that stops somewhere because their to scared.

I've never been through werewolf canyon so I don't know how this would work, especially since it would require more employees, but a haunted walkthrough in my old neighborhood had a costumed guide go through with each group. They kept the groups moving at the right pace and kept them spaced out.
