What would a 500 ft. coaster type be called???

They'll ethier call it "500 Ft. Coaster" or if you want to MS about it: Cedar Point (R) Millenium Force: 500 Ft (and or Red) Edition Beta 1.

This is the part where you all laugh. *** Edited 6/27/2006 4:40:06 AM UTC by crashoverride***

I like liebevision's comment about needing oxygen masks. That would be a great visual for the merchandise/literature promoting a 500+ foot coaster. There are astronauts on a rocketified version of a Dragster train launching in one of the graphics for 2003. It's on the park map and a poster and something similar on one of the tshirt designs. Now that we have already been "rocketed" into orbit, maybe a graphic of astronaut re-entry into the atmosphere from space will be used for the 500+ foot drop, so my name would be ASTROcoaster

PS - Ruh Roh Rorge!

I like the sounds of that name -

tera-coaster...indicating monster indeed....

What would a 500ft coaster type be called? Umm VERY TALL!!

At least for 2007, it would be the sucker-coaster.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

How about Luna-coaster because it's half way to the moon?

How about "King Kong" coaster?

D coaster. After the Roman numeral for five hundred.

Now, I've already been on a lift hill way more than 500 feet. It was a chair lift. All they needed to do was increase the RPM on the cable drive wheel from 12 to about 360, and that would have been a kickin' ride.

Just say no to trims

Pfffff! CP can't even keep the Dragster, Twister or MF up in the wind. Everytime we go those three are shut down. I don't know about that ever happening, not at CP.......not on a lake.

It would be nice though *sigh*

No, no, no. You guys are way off base. Maverick is a side track (no pun intended). The discussion of "what would you call a 500' coaster":

the only thing possible:

A 500' COASTER. Duh. j/k
