when was your favorite trip to the point and why?

My favorite trip was the very frist time i went 3 years ago. I went with my church but i really was kinda still scared of hights and roller coasters at that. my youth leader took me on the mean streak and i had a blast it was the first coaster that i ever riden that was over 50 mph and topping 150 feet. I fell in love with coasters after that and i have visited the roller coaster capital of the workd many time after that great experence!

My favorite trip would have been in 1998. I was more fascinated and enjoyed coaster more than my first trip four years before that. That year, I had great night rides on Raptor, ID, and Magnum. The atmosphere was electrified. (In fact, I got a small windburn on my face after a night ride on Magnum)

Welcome back Millennium Force riders...We all want to know how was your RIDE!!!!!
My fav trip was last year. With Jeff (screech), we got there like an hour before the gates to the park opended...and in the first hour that the rides opended, we got on Mantis, Power Tower, Gemini, Magnum, Corkscrew, Chaos, and Mine ride. It was kewl, we basicly hit every coaster but wildcat and woodstock express, cause we were not aware of the policy change where everyone can ride WE. OH YEA! and those burgers from coasters, the coaster burger i think it is, is like.....SO good, and..umm..yea....
My Favorite trip was also last year when me and 25 other friends went, we split up and in a hour and a half we had rode Raptor, Mantis (twice; my friends really loved it), Mine Ride, Mean Streak, and was in line for Magnum, it was a blast, but this year me and my friends are going but will probably have to wait 2+ hours just for MF, but it will be worth the wait.
My favorite trip to CP was back in the early 90's, when I went on my very first Bonus Weekend trip. It was with two friends from college, and we had our picture taken when we got there by one of those Eye Spy people, and then again in one of those Polaroid instant photo machines when we left 8 hours later. To this day, looking at those "before" and "after" photos still brings back wonderful memories of a truly great day.

It was a beautiful Sunday in mid-September, and since Bonus Weekends were still relatively unknown, we had all the fun we could have gotten (and then some) as if we had come during the summer, but in a much more manageable dose of 8 (not 12!) hours.

There are, of course, trips on the other end of the spectrum--the trips that were downright miserable--like the heat and tornadoes of a Saturday in August 1987, the really bad late evening storm on a Saturday in June 1997 which sent empty garbage cans floating down the midway (also a tornado/waterspout producer, if I recall correctly), and the frigid Opening Day of 1996. But I most certainly digress.

"Thank you for riding [fill in name of ride], and enjoy the rest of your day here at [fill in name of park]."
My last trip to Cedar Point was 1980. I was eight years old and remember riding The Gemini and the Log Ride. I have been to other parks since, mainly Six Flags Great America, but cannot wait to go this summer. I can't wait to see if anything looks familar.
My favorite had to be summer 1995 when I was finally able to hit all the coasters in one day... of course, considering the number of additions since then, I doubt I could do it again unless the lines were way down!
My favorite trip to Cedar Point must have been in 1999 when I went during Halloweekends. We hit all of the rides we wanted including Raptor in the front and Mantis 2 times. The best thing about it was that when we were on Raptor it broke bown when he were on it. WHAT A GREAT VIEW!!!!!!!
Well that was the best time
