Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky will reveal details next week for its major new ride that will debut next summer, a project company executives have tried to keep secret all summer.

But intense curiosity has created a call to arms of roller coaster enthusiasts worldwide who have united, via the Internet, to ferret out the company's plans.
