Cedar Point honored at Ohio Travel Association Ruby Awards

Cedar Point has been awarded five Citation of Excellence awards and two Ruby Awards by the Ohio Travel Association. Winners for the ninth annual Ruby Awards were honored October 12, 2006 during the Ohio Travel Association's Conference on Tourism.

The competition was open to all Ohio Travel Association members and travel and tourism entities within Ohio for material published for the first time between August 2005 and August 2006.

According to the organization's web site, "the Ohio Travel Association is the largest travel and tourism industry association in Ohio. It leads the industry with legislative representation, the benefits of networking and a united effort. OTA continues to help members grow by offering effective and responsive programs, leadership and services."
