Boil alert for Cedar Point area

SANDUSKY - A water main break on the Cedar Point Causeway led to a boil alert Monday for water customers on Cedar Point Road, neighboring side streets and Cedar Point.

Customers will experience either low or no water pressure while the water main is being repaired. Customers are advised to boil water for a minimum of one minute and then cool before consuming. If air or discoloration appears in the water lines, run the water until clear in color.
