Kinzel signs pact to stay to 2012

Richard Kinzel, the chairman and chief executive officer of Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, has signed a new contract that could keep him at the helm of the company until 2012.
The publicly traded Sandusky partnership revealed the existence of the contract in a regulatory filing Dec. 15.
