A Florida-based disability rights group known for what critics describe as "drive-by litigation" is now taking dead aim at shopping centers, restaurants and hotels in Northeast Ohio.

Cedar Point is one of the businesses being sued by the Disabled Patriots and a "tester" from Findlay. Lawyers for the park filed court documents estimating it would cost $63,000 in legal fees and costs just to defend the suit.
