City wants Cedar Point police reports public

The City of Sandusky's law director says that Cedar Point's private police force is required to make crime reports available to the public because it is an extension of the Sandusky Police Department.
Cedar Point contends that while arrest reports are public record, reports where no arrests are made are not.
