Cedar Fair declares third quarter cash distribution

Company announces declaration of a regular quarterly cash distribution of 25¢ per limited-partner unit.

SANDUSKY, OHIO, October 22, 2009 -- Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE: FUN), a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.25 per limited-partner unit, consistent with the Company’s annualized distribution rate of $1.00 per unit.  The distribution will be paid on November 16, 2009 to holders of record November 4, 2009.
