Apollo may acquire Cedar Fair

In its first large leveraged buyout in about two years, Apollo Management LP s expected to acquire Ohio theme-park company Cedar Fair for about $700 million, plus the assumption of about $1.6 billion of debt, said people familiar with the matter.
