Cedar Fair, Apollo want judge to toss lawsuit

Cedar Fair and Apollo Global Management have both asked a judge to dismiss the consolidated lawsuit filed by Cedar Fair unitholders seeking to block the proposed $2.4 billion sale of the amusement park company.
