Cedar Fair unitholders can vote on sale without casting ballot

Unitholders navigate the various ways to decide whether to allow Apollo Global Management to buy Cedar Fair.

Cedar Fair unitholders can vote for the sale to Apollo Global Management, against the sale or they can abstain. They can vote on the Internet, over the telephone, by mailing their ballot or by showing up in person.

There are also ways for them to vote "Yes" or "No" by an act of not voting.
