A new proposal for how to finance the activities of the Ohio Tourism Division is expected out this week, one that's being completed by industry leaders. The expected action comes with just three months remaining before all state funds for tourism run out under the current one-time infusion of $5million, which expires June 30.

When Ohio kicks off its $1.5 million summer advertising campaign in May, it will again include private money from organizations including Cedar Point.
