Q Funding wants "new blood" on Cedar Fair Board of Directors

Texas group to seek replacement of two directors.

Q Funding III & Q4 Funding sent a letter dated April 28, 2010 to the Cedar Fair Board of Directors indicating they will express their views to unitholders that the board of directors needs "new blood." The group plans to seek support in replacing two directors on the board.
