SANDUSKY, Ohio (April 19, 2012) – Guests who want to get a head start on their summer fun can purchase and process their Cedar Point season passes now!

The season pass center will be open from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from now until the park opens Saturday, May 12.

Beginning May 12, it will be open during the park’s regular operating hours.

Cedar Point season passes allow guests to experience as many thrill rides, shows and memories as they can from the middle of May through October, which includes admission to HalloWeekends.

Prices start at $104.99, or three payments of $34.99, which pays for itself with just three visits to the park. Cedar Point’s new installment payment plan is available online only, not at the season pass center.

Upgrading to a Platinum Pass gives guests admission to Cedar Point, Soak City and all of Cedar Fair’s other amusement parks and water parks. It also comes with the benefits of early entry, free parking, ride nights and other exclusive discounts.

The Platinum Pass starts at $164, or three payments of $54.66 for guests who sign up for the installment payment plan online.

Cedar Point will open for its 143rd summer on Saturday, May 12 and will be open daily through Labor Day, Sept. 3, plus Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays, Sept. 7 through Oct. 28.
