Cedar Point's Gatekeeper is tall, fast and winged

Cedar Point's newest attraction will have up to 10 miles of buried conduit.

Construction continues on Cedar Point’s newest attraction, Gatekeeper, which will be the longest winged roller in world when it’s completed this spring.

Workers are installing underground infrastructure to power the ride. An electrician working on the site estimated there would be up to 10 miles of buried conduit when complete.

Ride testing is expected to begin in April
