Daniel Keller, Cedar Point’s former general manager and vice president, adores a ride so nostalgic even the most dedicated park enthusiasts under 50 years old wouldn’t recognize it.

It's been 50 years since Custer cars operated at Cedar Point. When Keller visited an auction selling the Custer car, he immediately wanted to obtain a piece of his childhood.

The car’s uniqueness enticed Rick Dale of History Channel’s “American Restoration” to fix the vehicle.
