Most of us only get to see it for a few minutes, others get to hang out (literallly) and take in the view from the top of Millennium Force. Fast Company magazine profiles ride maintenance foreman Rick Hiser. The Web version loses a little of its impact, mind you, because the print article features a spread with Hiser standing at the summit with the park in the background.
