Cedar Fair CEO Matt Ouimet believes inspiring guests and employees is good for the bottom line

For the top boss of an amusement park empire, fun is a serious business.

Matt Ouimet was named Cedar Fair's chief executive officer in June 2011. He says he wants to make his mark on one of the country's largest amusement park companies, which includes Cedar Point, a park already named "Best Amusement Park in the World" for the last 15 years by Amusement Today.
