Ohio Supreme Court to consider case of former Cedar Fair executive
State's top court will review dispute between Cedar Fair and Jack Falfas

A legal dispute between Cedar Fair and its former chief operating officer will get a review by the Ohio Supreme Court.
The Court on Wednesday announced it would review the case involving Cedar Fair LP and Jacob “Jack” Falfas, the former chief operating officer who had worked for the Sandusky-based amusement park company for 39 years.
