Michigan man accused of selling bogus Cedar Point tickets

Man suspected by police of bilking families of thousands of dollars in ticket scam.

A Rochester Hills man suspected by police of bilking families of thousands of dollars in a scam selling bogus Cedar Point admission tickets was arrested this week by Roseville police.

Robert James Briskey is charged with four counts of second-degree false pretenses, a fraud-related crime that carries a maximum four-year prison term on conviction; and four counts of using a computer in the commission of a felony, punishable by one year in prison.
