GOP convention could provide tourism boost

Cleveland appears to be the city to beat among those being visited by the site selection team for the 2016 Republican National Convention, according to media reports Tuesday.

If Cleveland is selected by the Republican party, it could have an economic impact on Cedar Point and the Lake Erie Shores and Islands region.
