New compensation plan headed for unit holders for approval

If you own partnership units of Cedar Fair, Cedar Point's parent company, you'll be getting a proxy statement in the mail soon to vote on a new compensation program for the partnership's senior officers and managers. The plan will result in higher dividends for unit holders and a nice lump sum to finish off the old system for the officers.
