Results of charity golf tournament

Yesterday's charity mini-golf tourney to raise money for the Firelands Chapter of the Red Cross seemed to be a smashing success. The competitors were a virtual who's-who of Sandusky important folk. Everyone from the Kinzel family to Snoopy himself were there.

Two shout-outs: First off, I have to thank Jim Hofmann, publisher of the Sandusky Register and his wife Lori (who carried the team) for being my teammates. We didn't win, in fact we weren't even close, but it was a good time for a good cause.

Second, a big Guide to The Point shout of love to Dan Haverlock (you know him as "airtime205" in CP Place) and his friends of Team Magnum at the tournament. Can you find Dan's name tag?

We didn't win that free night in the Presidential Suite, so I'm afraid we'll have to cancel that party.
