Marina overhaul rumor

Pete Babic brings us this news:

"I just found out from one of the marina dockers that the marina manager told him that the marina will be rebuilt over the off season. They are putting in all new floating docks, totally new power, water, and cable TV, and completely renovating and changing the parking. The parking spots in front of the Bay Harbor Inn will be gone, replaced by a picnic area."
