Juvenile arrested after allegedly throwing hot sauce at Steel Vengeance train

Police arrested a 17-year-old boy Amherst boy Saturday after he allegedly threw a packet of hot sauce at a Steel Vengeance train at Cedar Point, which opened and struck some riders.

Seven Steel Vengeance riders were treated by Cedar Point EMS, according to a Sandusky police report.

The boy was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and taken to the Erie County Juvenile Justice Center.
