A Greenville, Ohio, family claiming their daughter suffered neurological damage after riding Cedar Point roller coasters has expanded their suit to include a roller coaster manufacturer, according to Erie County Common Pleas Court records, the Sandusky Register reported.

The family's suit was first filed June 5, 2002 against the park. The new suit also names Arrow Dynamics of Clearfield, Utah, alleging they did not exercise proper care in designing, constructing, manufacturing and "providing adequate warning" about the coaster, the suit states.

A pre-trial in the case is scheduled for July 10.
