A Toledo man is seeking damages for injuries he allegedly received while on the Antique Cars, according to a lawsuit filed in Erie County Common Pleas Court on Friday, the Sandusky Register reported.

The lawsuit states that Joseph Bassett Jr. suffered back and spine injuries when the antique car he was riding in was struck in the rear by another car driven by a child on July 26, 2002.

Bassett states he has suffered "physical and emotional pain, loss of enjoyment, loss of wages and an impairment of his earning capacity," according to the lawsuit.
