Cedar Point wins IAAPA Brass Ring Award

The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) today announced the winners of the 2004 Brass Ring Awards during IAAPA Orlando 2004, the association’s 86th annual convention and trade show at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

Cedar Point was awarded first place in the "Print Ad" categeory for amusement/theme parks with annual attendance over 1.5 million, the largest of five amusement park classes.

The Brass Ring Awards honor attractions for outstanding promotions work in eight categories: brochure, media kit, television commercial, website, radio commercial, outdoor advertisement, print advertisement, and sales presentation video. Attractions compete with similar destinations in nine classes.
