Intraxx Corporation files complaint against Cedar Fair, L.P.

Intraxx Corporation of Lexington, Ohio has filed a complaint against Cedar Fair, L.P. The complaint charges that Cedar Fair used the copyrighted Wicked Twister computer animation of its new roller coaster outside the scope of their 2002 ride announcement agreement.
