THE ULTIMATE PASS TO A NON-STOP SUMMER OF FUN!

SANDUSKY, Ohio, 2006 – Cedar Point amusement park/resort, home of the new Skyhawk thrill ride and new lower daily admission prices, is making it easy and convenient for guests to process their Season Passes before the park opens for its 137th season on Saturday, May 6.

The Season Pass Center at Cedar Point will open on Wednesday, April 19 and will operate Wednesdays through Sundays until Friday, May 5. Hours for the center will be from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The center will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Beginning Saturday, May 6, the Season Pass Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Sunday, Sept. 3.

Season Pass and Combo Pass exchange vouchers must be redeemed for a non-transferable photo ID card before being used for admission to Cedar Point, Soak City waterpark or any other Cedar Fair, L.P. park.

Season Parking Pass vouchers can be redeemed for a non-transferable parking sticker that is attached directly to the vehicle. Season Passholders also have the option of having their parking pass placed directly on their Season Pass. Season Parking Passes can be redeemed during normal Season Pass Center hours.

2005 Season Passholders can still mail their renewal form and 2006 exchange vouchers to the park to receive their pass in the mail. Renewal forms can be mailed to: Cedar Point Park Admissions, One Cedar Point Drive, Sandusky, Ohio, 44870-5259. Junior Season Passes and Junior Combo Passes cannot be renewed through the mail.

New for 2006, Seniors (age 62 and older) can have unlimited visits to Cedar Point with the new Senior Pass. A Senior Combo Pass (admission to both Cedar Point and Soak City) is also available.

Also new this season, guests can combine the fun of two amusement parks with the purchase of the new Two-Park Pass. This pass provides unlimited visits to both Cedar Point and Geauga Lake amusement park in Aurora, Ohio. The Two-Park Pass is automatically included with the purchase of a Cedar Point Combo Pass, Junior Combo Pass or Senior Combo Pass, but can also be purchased as a separate pass. In addition, the new Two-Park Parking Pass is available for unlimited parking at both Cedar Point and Geauga Lake.

Cedar Point Season Passes (for guests ages 3-61, 48 inches and taller) are $99.95; the Regular Two-Park Pass is $130; Combo Passes are $154.95; Junior Season Passes (for guests ages 3-61, under 48 inches tall in shoes at the time of redemption) are $54; Junior Combo Passes are $84; Junior Two-Park Passes are $79; Senior Season Passes are $54; Senior Combo Passes are $84; Senior Two-Park Passes are $79; Season Parking Passes are $65 and Two-Park Parking Passes are $75. Children age 2 and younger are free.

For an additional $15, Season Passholders can join the Joe Cool Club. Joe Cool Club members enjoy special perks such as early park entry, special ride times, early entrance for a great live show and discounts on food and merchandise.

A Cedar Point Season Pass is also good for admission to five of its sister parks: Valleyfair, Shakopee, Minn.; Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, Allentown, Pa.; Worlds of Fun, Kansas City, Mo.; Michigan’s Adventure, near Muskegon, Mich.; and Knott’s Berry Farm, Buena Park, Calif. (Halloween Haunt at Knott’s Berry Farm is a separate admission event and Cedar Point Season Passes are not valid for admission.)

Cedar Point Combo Passes are also valid at Oceans of Fun waterpark, Kansas City; Knott’s Soak City USA, Buena Park, Calif.; Knott’s Soak City USA, Chula Vista, Calif.; and Knott’s Soak City USA, Palm Springs, Calif.

Cedar Point will be open daily for the 2006 season from Saturday, May 6 through Labor Day, Sept. 4. The park will reopen for Bonus Weekends on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, Sept. 8-10, 15-17, and for HalloWeekends on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, Sept. 22-24, 29, 30, Oct. 1, 6-8, 13-15, 20-22, and 27-29, 2006.
