2007 TTD status: Day to Day

It's finally May and while I know there's still 10 days left to the season starts, I thought I'd do what the first edition of the TTD status did for last year and bring out V2. With the huge improvement in operation last year, I'm doing one last TTD operation log and need as much help as I can get.
Any and all reports are welcome. This includes uptime AND downtime reports.

I am open to any suggestions and ideas. And due to the mass amount of arguments and confusion that went with last years topic, I request that we keep this topic mainly to reports and stay away from touchy subjects so we can all get along. The purpose of this topic is to see if this year turns out better than last, not to argue and bicker. I expect any problems to be addressed in an adult manner with little hostility to others. And while I'm a devoted fan of Dragsters, I just want to get across the fact that I am NOT oblivious to the real world and value anyone’s and everyone’s contribution and will not change things to fit my likening in order to give Dragster the upper hand.

So thanks, in advance, to everyone and let's hope for the best this year. And, who knows, maybe we'll get that elusive 1,000,000 rides.:)

you really are TTD's biggest fan!!!! unfortunatly we do need to watch the status of dragster but at such high speed and hieght you need a constant watch

^^Not necessarily. A quick observation can go a long way. Noticing its running and then noticing that it stopped running for a good while (via not seeing trains going over the tophat) is the kind of stuff that I appreciate. Even more appreciated are reports like, "I was near Dragster and it was down at _______and I didn’t see it start running again until _________."

I'm looking forward to it. Here's to 2007! :)

Nice work on that log page TTD 120, that seems to be better for keeping updates on Dragsters status. I can't wait for the week of the 14 to roll around, and can't wait for my first ride of year on Dragster.

I think that it's an interesting idea. With the fact that pointbuzzers are at the park practically every day I think it would work out in this context. The tough part will be if you are not at the park, how do you know that the information is accurate?

On the other hand, I'd like a more real time status update. For example the one that is recorded on the Daily Operational Journal (DOJ). The DOJ is found on the back of the Daily Operational Report (DOR).
