Music?

Southpuddle, thanks for the offer, but that site and my involvement is long gone, at least for the moment, if I need it for future reference I'll keep that in mind.

and exit, I had a good laugh at the sarcasm. :) Nothing better than some B-52s and Temptations on a summer day. ;)

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

I hear Loveshack all of the time and hate it. I wish they would take that off their playlist. One of my fondest CP memories was being in like for Mantis when 'Manic Monday' was playing. Everyone was singing it to themselves. Young, old, men, women, children. Everyone. It was a funny sight to see.

I hate almost every song played at CP. its mostly old songs that everybody has heard a million times and are sick of. Most aren't even sung by the real artists.

(Sorry if I used the wrong tenths of sing/sang/sung) (is sung a word?) :)

Only while typing. :)

Let's Get Weird.

I like manic monday, and I like funkytown, and magnum's line music a lot. But they stopped playing funkytown, which I used to hear over by WT a lot.

By the way, how does the "balloon" song go?

^ There are English and a German versions of the song. The artist is Nena, and the version played in the Magnum queue is the German version. Lyrics can be found here: http://german.about.com/library/blmus_nena99luftb.htm It's one of my favorites too :)

I seriously like, and will listen to almost anything. My collection of music is really broad. I have a 30 GB Zune that is filled with so much from all different genres, most people don't understand why it's not completely loaded with one style or band, but that's just how I am.

My earlier iPod comment was sarcasm, for those who didn't catch on. ;)

I was seriously laughing out loud at the reaction when people thought that comment was 100% serious. :)

I'm the same way with my music collection, and my 30 GB iPod has just 6 GB left before its filled. I've got stuff from the 1920s up through recently discovered talent, almost any genre you can name, plus a decent small collection of classical. I grew up listening to the oldies station, so I love most of the music in the park. I'm also digging Walk Like An Egyptian on the radio right now.

My ipod is the same way. I've got some of everything except country (I just can't stand country). Rock, classical, soundtracks, pop, rap. Heck, even the rock goes from Classic to industrial to nu-metal to top 40.

You'll be able to buy the Missing CD on iTunes starting April 1st. It'll be around $3-5.

It's pretty eclectic, yet it's got a nice aggressive edge to it. I think you'll like it.

Hey english? Did you happen to be part of Z2K9?

Even tho most of the songs are old songs that your sick of hearing millions of times, when I'm at Cedar Point and hear those songs, it makes you feel like your back home. Funkytown especially.. I hate the song, but I hear it every year at the Point and it makes the trip even more worth while. Makes me feel like im back home. It shows that its the same park just as it was 10 years ago and makes your childhood memories of the point come back.

Nah, my Zune just kept right on ticking through the new year. :)
