Ok because he looked at my application and emailed me for an interview and the best # to reach me at which was on the 23rd. I emailed him the next day so I will just wait. Maybe he will call me tomorrow.

Steve never emailed me back, just called me, just relax, you'll hear back.

After all, you don't want to annoy him

Ok. I just checked my email and he emailed me back saying that sorry he did not get a chance to get back with me but said when I am available next week and if I have any questions about leadership we will discuss it at that time. I said I did not have any questions about leadership. I just applied for a leadership position and who I send my resume and cover letter and if he wants to view it that she should have it or I can email it to him for his review.

I don't know if you are aware that first year employees are not hired for leadership. I'm by no means telling you not to ask Steve, as that can suggest you are interested, but it's not a job that you can really apply for that way. And please please please do not take that personal, it's simply because you have to have worked a ride and know what the job is before you can be a leader. You can be the best most qualified leader they have applying but it really doesn't translate to much when it comes to ride operations if you have never worked a thrill ride. Like I said nothing personal at all, I just want to make sure you are aware. =]

How do you like working Space Mountain? I use to work for WDW for 2 1/2 years. I worked the WDW RR Train and then Full Time at Mission Space.

Today was actually my park orientation, so I just found out my role today. It's super exciting, since I pretty much guessed that my chances of getting it were slim to none. I have my first day of training tomorrow though!
