Soak city lifegaurds

Ah, I didn't realize there were two threads. Thanks for the clarification.

This isn't about stalking. It's about possibly finding a way to get in contact. It was at the park, and I figured that this was my best bet to find someone who may know a lifegaurd there who would have an idea.

I think your best bet would be to just go back to Soak City and see if you see him again. By the description you gave, I think even if someone would know him they would not be able to tell because of the vagueness of your description.

The Lemon Chill Guy might know him.

Edited: Officer - I thought she was 18....

But are you cute?

And,... she may not be 8, but let's find out just how old she really is before we go there, shall we?

:)

Ahaha. I just read this post and then I saw the post "Soak City just got a little wetter." Well that's certainly interesting if you know what I mean.

I mean, if you don't even provide the section/ride/thing he was supervising, we can't even begin to help.

Yeah I'm not sure how we're suppose to help you find a lifeguard when the only information we have is:
- he's "cute"
- works around 4-5
- works around one of two lazy rivers

Sorry, Marie.... signing up for an amusement park forum for the express purpose of tracking down a hot guy is a little... weird.

....huh, just checked out the closed thread. Starting a second thread because the amusement park enthusiasts weren't responding quickly enough moves into creepy.....

I opened it not to be creepy. I opened it because I have never been on this site before. I'm not familiar, and I just figured no one was reading it. I didn't know where to start, and I was just trying. I figured trying was better than doing nothing at all.

I'm just an average young college kid who just wanted to know if someone knew a lifeguard who could further help or something. I didn't know where else to try to look, and I thought maybe someone here could help.

It seems to me you may have an unhealthy fixation on a perfect stranger who probably forgot all about you at this point. Perhaps you should try Eharmony instead of Pointbuzz for your dating pleasure?

It's not an unhealthy fixation. He seemed nice, and I was just curious. You never know unless you try.

And I'm not even interested in dating him necessarily. He had a nice smile, and he was very nice to the kids who needed help with their tubes. Everytime I walked by, he would clearly look at me and smile. So I can't help but be a little curious.

I believe Cedar Point has a policy against CP employees dating guests they met in the park.

I never said I was fixed on dating him. And I am not familiar with a rule like that there.

Unless you work for the park you wouldn't know the employee rules.

Then how would you necessarily know? Again, if I just completely have up right there, there would never be any chance of anything. It's only been two days, and I thought trying to do something instead of completely giving up was the better thing to do. You never know what might happen if you try.

Yeah, but the "something" you decided to do was find a park enthusiast site and sign up, not because you're a fan of the park, but because you want to track down a lifeguard. That's not what we're here for (and it still strikes me as creepy).

You want to track down your lifeguard, go back to the park and talk to people in Soak City. Find websites/social media for Cedar Point employees. If you want to find the guy, you need to be proactive, not expect strangers to be proactive on your behalf.

In the meantime, we're happy to talk about RMC-ing Mean Streak, whether or not sharing a Fast Lane wristband is stealing and what's coming in 2016.
